T-E Incorporated

                                IncorporatedT-E Inc. is a full-service civil engineering and site development firm operating out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, with a satellite operation in Angola, Indiana.  T-E provides a complete range of site development, construction, and management services.  The company's services include surveying, engineering, excavating, grading, paving, as well as the engineering and installation of any underground utilities.  

The company's creative "Design-Build" program describes a comprehensive approach to civil engineering and site construction that encompasses all aspects of site development.  The result is that clients receive a superior product in a shorter time frame, and lower cost.  This approach makes T-E a "one-stop shop" for all site development services.

Wayne Manufacturing LLC

                                Manufacturing LLCLocated in the northeast Indiana town of LaOtto, Wayne Manufacturing LLC is a leader in the axle component design and assembly market.  The company designs and manufactures complex component products primarily for the transportation industry, but is increasing its penetration into other sectors.
Wayne employs 60 people in a modern 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on 14 acres.  The company, originally founded as a tool and die shop in 1982, now has capabilities that include tool & die design & manufacturing, metal stamping and forming, robotic and resistance welding, complex assembly, and most recently, CNC machining.  The ability to provide a series of supply chain functions "in-house" is appealing to customers and further differentiates the company from competitors.  Wayne is proud to maintain the coveted ISO9000:2008 for quality and service, and currently supplies over 50 critical components on 20 of the leading auto and truck programs.

ARC Alabama LLC

                                Alabama LLCAlabama Reclamation Company is an Alabama-based processing company that is contracted to operate a proprietary recovery system to reclaim certain recyclable materials from a private mono-fill (a landfill containing only one type of waste).  ARC is responsible for operating the facility under a long-term contract with the owner of the landfill. The facility can process more than 300,000 tons of material annually.

NRC was responsible for adapting the system design to the site, as well as oversight of the engineering, construction, and installation of the facility.  ARC members (including NRC) provided all equity capital, and NRC arranged financing for the project.

Coldwater Machine Company LLC

Coldwater Machine Company LLCColdwater Machine Company, in Coldwater, Ohio, provides innovative engineered solutions for the most challenging manufacturing applications. CMC serves a wide array of customers across a variety of industries, including aerospace, energy, appliance, automotive, beverage, medical, and defense.

The company designs and builds customized machines, dies, tools, fixtures, gauges, assemblies, and components.  CMC was founded in 1956 and currently employs 80 people in a 100,000 square foot facility on 20 acres in Coldwater, Ohio.

Arctic Fox LLC

Arctic Fox LLCLocated just west of Minneapolis, in Delano, Minnesota, Arctic Fox, LLC is a leading manufacturer and supplier of fluid and fuel heating systems and other components for the heavy-duty trucking and off-highway equipment markets serving both domestic and international customers. The Company's fuel and fluid heating systems are capable of withstanding harsh weather and operating conditions, making them suitable for use in the oil and gas, timber and metal recycling industries as well as the military. In conjunction with its own line of products, the company is engaged in strategic relationships to provide customers with a "single source" for vehicle fluid warming systems. The Company's fuel heating systems and components are being installed on production vehicles and equipment by some of North America's largest OEMs, including CAT, Daimler, Ingersoll Rand, Navistar, Paccar, and Volvo/GM.

In addition, Arctic Fox has capitalized on its extensive manufacturing capabilities by expanding into contract-manufacturing services. These services include tube bending and fabrication, laser tube cutting, robotic welding, automated brazing, and metal stamping with the ability to take a project from start to finish. As a contract manufacturer, the company services a wide spectrum of customers from a variety of industries, including power sports, tubular steel furniture, industrial floor sweeping, and medical products.

Started in 1979, Arctic Fox employs 130 people in a 56,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility on 3.5 acres. The company is proud to maintain the coveted ISO9000:2008 for quality and service.

White Hat Entertainment is a wholly-owned entity that is currently engaged in the financing, production, and distribution of independent films. White Hat has partnered with Park Pictures Features of New York, New York.

Park Pictures Features is an independent film company created by Jackie Kelman Bisbee and Lance Acord of Park Productions, a premier commercial and short-film production company, well-known and critically acclaimed novelist and independent film producter, Galt Neiderhoffer, and award-winning producer Sam Bisbee.

Wholly-owned North River Oil Investments was formed to invest in oil and gas exploration and production operations in conjunction with Midwest Energy Partners, LLC.

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Midwest Energy Partners is focused on partnerships with selected drilling and production companies that have demonstrated expertise in exploration and field operations, plus a history of solid financial performance and business integrity.

The company favors a diversified approach to investments in this sector, based on the premise that this strategy produces a higher percentage of successful projects and serves to mitigate risks associated with this business.

Independence - Sun Valley  Sun Valley

Independence Sun Valley is a real estate investment specifically related to an 850 acre mountain site just east of Sun Valley, Idaho and north of Triumph, Idaho.

The scope of the company's activities include the purchase of the site, remediation associated with an old silver mine on a fractional portion of the land, and ultimately the marketing and sale of the site for development.
